Victoria Ledeneva

Victoria Ledeneva, a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, founded her law practice in 2012. Victoria received her law degree from St. John's University School of Law in New York City and is licensed as a New York State attorney, which allows her to represent clients in all courts in New York State, in immigration courts and before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in any state of the United States, as well as other federal agencies.

Our law firm's primary focus is business immigration. Attorney Ledeneva advises American companies on the employment and immigration of foreign employees seeking sponsorship from employers in the United States. Our firm handles various types of business immigration and represents a wide range of clients, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, across various industries, including financial services, insurance, technology, and manufacturing. Attorney Ledeneva also practices family immigration and helps her clients obtain refugee status in the United States. Victoria Ledeneva is also a notary public in New York State.

In addition to her legal practice, Victoria Ledeneva worked as an immigration attorney at major US law firms such as Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP (founded in 1951, with offices in 170 countries) and Robinson & Cole, LLP (founded in 1845, with offices in 8 states), helping employees of multinational companies and medium-sized businesses obtain immigration status in the US.
